Paver Cleaning & Restoration in Las Vegas

JCA provides paver cleaning and restoration for Las Vegas driveways, patios, walkways and pool-deck areas. Services include professional cleaning, oil-stain treatment, efflorescence assessment, joint-sand replacement and paver sealing when appropriate for the existing condition. Because the paver material, joints and previous sealer all matter, we begin with an assessment rather than applying the same package to every property. Upload paver photos or submit the lead form to discuss the area.

Assessment first

Paver Restoration Starts with the Existing Condition

Paver color and pattern are only part of the assessment. JCA also considers joint depth, missing sand, movement, oil staining, white deposits, drainage, previous sealer and years of Las Vegas heat and UV exposure. Those conditions affect what can be cleaned, whether re-sanding is appropriate and whether a new sealing service is suitable. We develop the scope around the existing system and the owner’s practical goal. Learn more about JCA’s assessment-led restoration approach.

Paver Cleaning

Professional paver cleaning removes surface buildup and prepares the area for a clearer evaluation of stains, joints and finish condition. Excessive or uncontrolled pressure can disturb joint sand, create uneven appearance or affect surrounding materials. JCA evaluates the paver area before selecting the service scope and explains whether cleaning should stand alone or be paired with additional restoration work. Built Around the Existing Condition

How Cleaning, Re-Sanding and Sealing Fit Together

Paver cleaning, re-sanding and sealing are related services, but they are not automatically one required package. A property may need cleaning only, cleaning plus joint replenishment, or a broader assessed restoration scope that includes sealing. JCA determines the recommendation from surface condition, joint condition, existing finish and owner goals. This protects the page from making universal claims and helps customers understand why two paver properties can receive different proposals. Review the individual re-sanding service and paver sealing service for focused details.

Real project proof

Paver Projects Completed by JCA

JCA paver case studies will show the full area, the affected condition and close-up details of stains, joints or finish where relevant. Each project will identify the broad service performed and the visible outcome without turning the gallery into a DIY procedure. Photos will be genuine work completed by JCA, and captions will state limitations when existing damage, color variation or deep staining remained. View JCA paver restoration projects.

Photo assessment

Upload Paver Photos for an Assessment

Photograph the full driveway, patio or walkway, then add close-ups of the worst staining, white deposits, joints and existing finish. If the pavers were previously sealed, include the approximate date and any known product information. You may upload up to five optional photos from desktop or use the camera/photo library on a mobile device. JCA will use the images for a preliminary review and confirm the final scope on site when necessary. Upload paver photos.

Photo findings are preliminary. Final scope, pricing, or recommendations may require an on-site assessment.

By submitting, you agree that JCA may use your contact details and optional project photos to respond to this request. See the Privacy Policy.

Common questions

What Property Owners Ask

Do pavers need to be re-sanded after cleaning?

Not automatically. The answer depends on existing joint depth, how much material is lost or disturbed and the scope of cleaning. JCA inspects the joint condition before recommending paver re-sanding.

Can JCA seal previously sealed pavers?

Possibly, but the existing sealer and condition must be identified for compatibility. Peeling, whitening, uneven finish or unknown prior products may require a different recommendation. There is no universal yes for every previously sealed surface.

Can oil stains be completely removed from pavers?

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the paver material, stain age, penetration, existing sealer, heat exposure and previous attempts. JCA will explain the practical improvement goal before work begins.

What causes white residue on pavers?

Efflorescence and mineral deposits are possibilities, but other conditions can look similar. Photos and history help with preliminary review, while final identification may require an on-site assessment.

Can I send photos of the pavers and joints?

Yes. Include the full area, close-up joints, the worst stain or white deposit and the surface finish. Use the Photo Assessment form to send up to five optional images.
