Your project photos

Photos help us begin a preliminary project review. They may show property details, so please upload only images you are comfortable sharing with JCA for that purpose. We do not publish inquiry photos in a gallery or use them in marketing without separate permission. A final scope, price or recommendation may still require an assessment at your property.

Your choices

You can contact JCA to ask what information we have connected to your inquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Some records may need to be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request concerning personal information.

Retention and security

We keep website inquiry information and uploaded project photos for six months from submission, then delete JCA's copies from our email inbox and any project photo storage. Service providers may retain technical logs under their own policies. We use reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13.
